OnePlus 11 Detailed Descriptions:
Design and Display
OnePlus 11 looks similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro on the front, with curved display borders and a punch-hole camera in the left corner. OnePlus has also brought back the iconic alert slider for the 11. As for the screen, it’s a 6.7-inch AMOLED LTPO display with QHD resolution. The LTPO 3.0 material allows the phone to handle refresh rates as low as 1Hz and as high as 120Hz. This should put it in an excellent position to be one of the most feature-rich smartphone screens available, alongside the Galaxy S22 Ultra and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The phone is only available in black and green.
Camera
In hardware terms, we have triple rear cameras, with 50 MP main, 48MP ultrawide and 32MP 2x telephoto lenses, plus a 16MP selfie snapper on the front. Three out of four of those cameras match the resolution of what we saw on the OnePlus 10 Pro, although the sensors have been updated to the latest Sony models. The telephoto camera, or the portrait lens as OnePlus calls it, is a complete change, however.
You will notice no trace of a fourth rear sensor, as with the OnePlus 10 Pro, which is excellent because those didn’t wow us much on previous OnePlus devices. The OnePlus 8 Pro included a photo chrome mode camera that could shoot images with an unusual (sometimes X-ray) filter, whilst the OnePlus 9 Pro featured a dedicated monochrome camera for black-and-white shots.
Performance
The OnePlus 11 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and comes with a huge 12GB RAM and 256GB storage in the basic variant. If it isn’t enough, there is also a 16GB/512GB option available for a little extra money fee.
Battery
This time, it’s a 100W brick, a nice boost from both the default 80W charger on the OnePlus 10 Pro. It’s a little unfortunate that it’s not the same 150W charger that came with the OnePlus 10T, but we assume the 100W charger will still deliver enough of juice in no time. That accounts for the 5,000 mAh battery, which we expect will offer the OnePlus 11 plenty of stamina throughout a day of intense use.
